Polishing Update - v0.3.0

In this update, the game is significantly improved.

The system which checks whether people are asymptomatic or not is finally fixed, as it didn't work properly before.
Now actions which are unlocked won't show up until they're unlocked; it can be seen at the attached image.
The game difficulty is now much lower, as it was almost very difficult to win even for me.

Note: apparently the pause tab for some reason isn't working properly and the UI in general is kinda messy. But as soon as that's fixed you'll be able to get the newest update.
